Salon Suite Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "S3" "we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile platform and online community marketplace that helps salon owners and cosmetologists form offline experiences and relationships with one another, where they can list, discover and book salon, spa, and barbershop accommodations around the world, whether through our Web site or our mobile applications ("Platform").
